The process:

In restoring none of the doors, nor the drawer faces are removed.

The first step is to thoroughly clean and degrease the cabinets, especially around the cooking area. We spend a lot of time doing this. Any contaminants remaining on the surface could cause clouding after the finish is applied.

We then begin working on each problem area, e.g. areas where the stain has been worn off, depressions, and gouges, etc. With the artistic use of marking pencils, crayons, and other products we hide these blemishes so that they are less noticeable.

Finally, a new finish is applied to the cabinets, doors, drawers and cabinet frame.
